About Coach Todd
Prior to starting ROI Coaching Solutions, I co-founded ProAdvisor Coach and served as President for five years until April of 2012. With a passion to empower financial advisors, insurance agents and business owners to thrive and achieve more of their potential, my leadership and drive contributed to a 300% growth rate during my tenure.
Before finding my passion for coaching, I founded a promotional products manufacturing and consulting business my lovely wife and mother of three, still runs today. At the same time, I served as a contract consultant for Plowpoint Inc., a church consultancy. This same firm commissioned me to pioneer and launch a cutting-edge coaching program, Shepherd Care™, designed to address leadership challenges of church clergy in our current culture.
Concurrently, I helped found Light Of Christ United Methodist Church in the greater Ballentyne area of Charlotte, NC, with 11 other individuals. Naturally, my entrepreneurial experiences have given me first-hand knowledge of building and running thriving businesses with a true appreciation for the entrepreneurial dream, the unique challenges that come with it and the power of professional coaching to achieve it.
Before my entrepreneurial accomplishments, I received national recognition as a top sales producer, national account executive and manager for over nine years with Fortune 500 heavy hitters Pitney Bowes, ADP and Konica (now Konica Minolta). I've had the privilege of training from some of the best in sales.
As a proud graduate of East Carolina University, I am also a certified firewalking instructor with internationally recognized F.I.R.E. (Firewalking Institute of Research and Education), received my coach certification from Center for Creative Leadership in 2003 and continue to pursue advance certification through the International Coach Federation-accredited International Coach Academy.
A native to North Carolina, I currently enjoy convenience of less than three hours from the beach or mountains from Charlotte, where I reside with my wife of 20+ years, Vicki, our three teenage children, Jessica, Erica and Christopher, and Australian Shepherd, Toby.
